“Watch out for a wild weekend! It will be easy to get your feelings hurt or triggered making you want to lash out or fight back. That’s actually the best time see just who from your past is “standing behind†the person getting you upset….. ie. what past experience, wound, or belief needs to be released to diffuse the tension you are now feeling. It is a week of either looking at your “stuff†and healing it or blowing up like a volcano with blame, anger, and resentment….. pick your poison/medicine! In Lakesh”
His mantra for the week is:
“When I’m longing for connection and my heart remains afraid, Because I still remember being abandoned or betrayed, I release that memory and that person, to be ALL here, with you, today!
