Yes I returned a few moons ago, I got a clear message that I needed to!
I’m still in a metamorphosis trying to see how the pieces are all going to fit, and how to transition into the new, but I knew this period was going to be major for all of us and so if I could help I would continue to do whatI can.
And yes Sarah Varcas is incredibly wise and eloquent. I have shared her work for many years back, but she stopped writing for a long while and now she returns every so often and we’re all blessed that she does :)

I am about to enter a 10 days silent retreat and last night I was telling a friend, how I find it challenging to be myself and express myself without hurting or offending ( I can be quite frank ) I feel this even if I say what I think with carefully chosen words… and on the relationship level, we have entered fresh new ground where I feel this 10 days of silence will really help cement the new grounds with my partner.. About 3 months ago found out my husband doesnt really want a family,and I am realizing slowly we’ve grown apart in a lot of ways I was fired from a olace where i finally got to in a short time really like the people, it was a bittersweet termination because we both knew it had to be done. I was overwhlmed amd unengaged though all thw stops were pulled. Worst when a kind gesture was extended i recoiled and worat dismissed it bei g so used to calusnes in my marital situation I projected and wheb a hand extended to help me up I smacked it down. It was encouraging to read this months article. Longover due for a change and letting go
