I’m having an incredibly hard day. I just left my son’s father who’s been emotionally abusive and gas lighting me. Blaming me for everything. I’m so done with this. I ended it and now I’m going into a depression and disassociated state. I’m angry and full of rage and taking it out on my son. I’m almost paralyzed by it. I see how he’s taken me spiraling down from my positive happy abundant life I was leading without him. He sucked me dry. Spirit please help me through this…

My love, you did the right thing by leaving. It is natural that you will go through a hard time for awhile but it will not be forever. You will come back into your strength, into your naturally abundant nature. Sometimes when we are abundant and in our fullness we can attract parasites that leach off of us, and because we are in such a full state we overlook red flags. Let yourself feel everything you are feeling and try your best to not disassociate. Sending you so much love through this time and know that its only temporary. Absolutely feels like an energetic cleanse of 2017 as I rarely get sick, when I do it always feels like deep energetic purging. Thankful it is happening now as a fever also brings up dark remnants that are ready to rear up and leave. Super beautiful and its been intense! Haha! So excited for this new year. I cannot even start to explain how many incredible things have changed in my life within the past four months. AND QUICKLY. One of the most powerful tools for those reading this, has been writing.
