This is on target for me as well. 75% or more of my focus is on aligning my body and being vigilant about how my body feels and what I put in my mouth. Mindfulness. Then every other thought and desire can fall into place. The body AS the Mind leads on the Earth.

Resonating totally with all thats being said. with youngest son off to boarding school and eldest with a near violent demand to connect with his absent father, emotions are currently like a warzone,feelings of abandonment are rising to the surface, seriously. Leaning in doesn’t work, rolling up sleeves and getting on with it does. An old box of letters is triggering unfinished business, I’m dropping into the void. This vid has given me the courage to face the past, admit mistakes, and walk into the future believing in my self with an open heart. Sending love and blessings to you and your work Kaypacha. The world needs many more people like you right now, all the way up to the top.
