Ay ay ay, yeah super intense times. Yikes! Knee deep in the garbage compactor. Feel like a garbage man this week. So. Much. Patience. Needed. Perseverance.
Ok, so YES, this is so true!! Staying centered (in spirit self) is allowing to separate the invalid fears and dissipate them…. This is seriously very helpful, it’s like things come into focus. What is true. And criticism or negative feedback will reveal it (what to ditch).
By the same token, divining which life BS is real BS that I should not tolerate any more. Surgery. Patient, serious, careful, intentional surgery. Psychic surgery!
…And where it goes we do not know!
