Every problem, every irritability, every anger, every emotion that we have is pregnant with a potential knowledge, a potential learning, a potential opening.”

“The roots of our issues go deep into our roots and back into our past. For a true, full, healing, rebirth (Venus, Mars, Jupiter) to occur it is necessary to go within and find all those places where we shut down and close off either due to pain or fear. Until we do, we are held hostage by our own blocks and unconscious limitations like a turtle who won’t stick it’s head out of it’s shell.
“So go in there, dig it up, stir it up, spit it out and stick it out! You will feel so much better, open, and alive afterwards!
“We’re not going to heal anybody, much less the world, until we heal ourselves so the work begins at home.

Always love your reports! Beautiful software. As you said, Kaypacha, shame the constellations aren’t visualised. Earth rotates about a 1000 mph, orbits the sun at 66000 mph. The whole solar system travels at 483000 mph around the galactic centre. How in ‘heavens’ name, with these speeds and movements, all the constellations stay fixed in our night sky for thousands of years, while each star in each constellation is billions of lightyears away. We might be living our Truman lives on a flat plane with a celestial sphere above our heads. Hence the beautiful spirographical orbits like Venus.

Yup! I’m the ultimate Leo pig petty ass fool! I just had a friend call me to say that guess what? She can go to the Kaypacha retreat! Yay! And she knows I cant! Yessiree someone got my goat and yes I’m Trying to be expansive about it here!!!

This is interesting counsel. Expand into the contraction. Stay open. Stay present. Be available in the negative. Interesting when I add the idea of boundaries and “staying safe” around that negative energy. I mean how many times do you keep expanding around energy that clearly doesn’t match this approach, has no interest in healing? What about when it becomes attacking and causes emotional derailment? A good discussion for sure.
Weights as in?High reps low weight. Thi&7#821s;ll give you tone instead of huge muscle.Do arms one day, cardio and abs the next day, shoulders and back the next day, legs the next day, cardio and abs again the next day. Finish everyday with some time on a bike to work off the lactic acid you’ve created in your muscles.
