“Welcome to 2018! The Year of Alchemical Transformation through Death and Resurrection. The very nature of soul evolution implies a process of ever new beliefs, desires, and aspirations arising from the unconscious leading us to expand our creative expression to allow deeper and deeper layers of our true spirit nature to emerge.
“Like a snake shedding its skin, there is a leaving behind of old forms of security, identity, and support, leading to an awareness and reliance on the newly revealed vast universal forces that uphold, indeed encourage, this process of liberation.
“This week in particular we may all be feeling the stirring of these deep soul forces requiring us to let go and surrender to an as yet unknown, and therefore possibly frightening, new reality.
“As we bring to a close a Sun/Venus/Pluto cycle as well as having Mars squaring the Moon’s nodes, it is necessary, like a trapeze artist flying free from one trapeze to the next, to embrace that moment when there is nothing to hold onto.
“Releasing one identity prior to the formation of a new one, we may feel as if we are in limbo. Doubts and fears may arise, and it becomes imperative to have faith in the unknown lest we freak out and return to the harbors we have just left behind.
“It can be helpful to remember at such times that all of nature goes through such periods of ‘winter’while the seed within grows stronger and prepares to sprout in the coming ‘spring.’
“It actually is a time when we are ‘more free’ than at other moments in our lives if we will but breathe, relax, and pause prior to reaching out prematurely to another ‘solid’ form for security.
“The longer we can remain in this void, the wider range of choices becomes available to us. May you enter, relax, and flow through the void into a more full expression of your total Self! Injoy!”
