Hmmm, thanks, I’m going to try to stay calm and think before I fly off the handle, or run for the hills. I do have a difficult road ahead, but your advice is helpful and giving me pause. Thanks, Kaypacha. I appreciated this report and that image of the Muslim women was powerful. with limited vision. Well, I have a deeply conservative Catholic family with limited vision, too. Makes me think. And feel less wound up. That’s a good thing.
When i am really feeling it and dont know what to do or how to even find my truth, i sit with pen and paper and write. I write it all out and usually whats at the bottom is my truth. Often hard to see, but nevertheless my truth, i can then address or at the very least feel lighter fir releasing emotions. Thank you so much for your beautifully presented information.
P.s. it has to be pen on paper…doesn’t happen with keyboards…different part of the brain i think.

This puts into perspective quite a bit, with the year coming to an end…It’s hard to just release and let go sometimes, but the beauty of it is the space it makes for other things to reach us…
